Our Survey Process
Managing one of our surveys is simplicity itself and involves the follows three key steps:

Respondents are invited to take part via e-mail which contains a live link to the survey log-in page. The log-in page can also be used to provide background information on the survey or link to additional pages in connection with the survey. |

Once the survey time limit has expired the results are collated and reports are generated automatically or alternatively results are saved to Excel or database files for analysis by external reporting tools. A results summary is also e-mailed to survey respondents. |

Respondents can complete the survey at their own convenience but reminders are sent automatically to those who haven't responded within a certain time limit. Incentives can also be used to further improve response rates (e.g. free hotel accommodation). |
Because the whole process is managed by a third party, confidentially is assured and anonymity is maintained.
