Survey Options
We can do as little or as much as you want us to! We can help right from the start with defining objectives and hold your hand right through to the analysis and reporting phase. Alternatively you can use us simply to design and run the online survey and present the results in an agreed format.
The most basic option is to use one of our off-the-shelf surveys. In this case you simply pay us for the number of responses. The full service option provides consultancy support in defining objectives, planning the survey and also in interpreting and analysing results. Most customers opt for a solution which is in-between these two - see our pricing scheme for more details or contact us for a discussion about your own requirements.
Off-the-Shelf
CorporatePulse offer a selection of off-the-shelf surveys branded EmployeePlus+. These cover most of the standard employee survey topics and can be customised by adding additional questions as appropriate. We can also build custom surveys from standard question banks. Customised Surveys
Customised surveys are generally off-the-shelf surveys that have been modified either by adding extra questions or by editing the existing questions. Customised surveys can also have customer branding applied to them so that they appear to be originated in-house.
Bespoke Surveys
Many of the surveys we run for our customers are bespoke - in other words they are designed specifically for their unique requirements. Generally we work with our customers on planning the survey scheme which best suits their objectives. In some cases this means starting with existing paper-based schemes and transferring them to the web in other cases it involves designing the entire survey scheme from the ground up. This adds slightly to the cost but the additional investment is usually worthwhile.
A bespoke approach also enables us to brand the survey with the customer's logo and housestyle if appropriate. The survey effectively looks and feels as though it originated entirely in-house.
