Pricing
"One-off" Surveys
Our pricing structure for one-off surveys is detailed below. Please note however, we offer substantial discounts for our clients who sign-up to one of our yearly contracts. An annual contract allows you to run a specified number of surveys per year for a fixed monthly fee. For more information, please contact us.

	Intial Planning/Consulting Session This is an optional initial consulting session to help you plan and design your survey. This would include the actual questionnaire design and selection of participants.

	Planning/Consulting Session (1 Day): Ł1650

	Website Customisation with Client Branding We can completely customise the look and feel of your survey by using your logo, and corporate colours. We can include other information and design at the beginning and end of the survey to allow you to get your message across. (See our demo survey for an example of this customisation).

	Website customisation with Client Branding: Ł400

	Online Questionnaire Adaptation Normally, our clients give us their existing questionnaire which we convert into an online questionnaire. The online questionnaire design fee is applicable everytime when you need to put a new questionnaire online. (Although we can negotiate this fee if you are going to run more than one survey per year.)

	Up to 20 Questions: Ł500 Up to 50 Questions: Ł800 Up to 100 Questions: Ł1000

	Online Survey Usage The usage price covers server & bandwidth usage, survey admin (by our specialist team) and technical support. The price is calculated by the number of responses which will be submitted online in a survey (i.e. the number of participants who will fill in a questionnaire online).

	Up to 100 Responses: Ł3.00 (per response) Up to 500 Responses: Ł2.00 Up to 1000 Responses: Ł1.50 Up to 2000 Responses: Ł1.20 Up to 5000 Responses: Ł1.00

	Reporting Most of our clients want a custom report format which is designed specifically for them (the 'Silver' report option), however, we can offer a free "default" report format (the 'Bronze' option). For clients who require a very specific design/layout and data presentation format, our 'Gold' report format may be more suitable. This quoted on an individual basis and allows to completly replicate your existing report format online.

	'Bronze' report (default format): FREE 'Silver' report (custom designed): Ł500 'Gold' report (complete bespoke report): Contact Us All reports can be downloaded and printed.

Fixed Contracts
We can offer you a fixed monthly payment contract if you wish to run a number of surveys during a period of 12 months. This means we can offer you a discount on our normal prices and allow you to spread the cost.
