EmployeePlus+ Questionnaire:
Understanding Employment Perceptions

This questionnaire is based on research carried out over 10 years by the Gallop Organisation and incorporates the four main issues identified as critical to development positive employee attitudes:

  • Role and Objectives
  • Career and Opportunities
  • Personal Development
  • Resources and Support

    This questionnaire is ideal for use when wanting to capture a snapshot of employee morale and attitudes and in helping to identify specific areas of concern. It does however require a minimum quorum of 100 employees across all levels for the results to show significant trends. Alternatively, it is possible to target diagonal or horizontal slices of the population - although we suggest this basic questionnaire would need modification.

    An even more accurate and specific snapshot can be obtained by tailoring this general questionnaire to address specific organisational issues.

    Feedback will be analysed separately on each of the four key areas and a consolidated overview will also be achieved to clients.
