This questionnaire is based on a number of approaches to leadership.
It is also generic and aims to provide a snapshot of the overall style of leadership in the organisation. It is not intended to provide feedback on particular individuals since this would be more relevant in a 360 scenario.
It can be used to understand if the dominant style of leadership is appropriate and if it will help the organisation achieve it's strategic objectives.
In order to ensure that we are able to provide useful and manageable feedback, the questionnaire is divided into 3 sections:
Style and Behaviour
Communication and Openness
Empowerment and Trust
Feedback will be available in each of the 3 areas and there will be a consolidated and detailed summary.
